Cloud Alerts is a public status monitoring dashboard. We collect minimal data:

• Usage data: page views, session duration, browser type, and country — collected anonymously via Google Analytics (IP anonymization enabled).
• Behavior data: click patterns and scroll behavior — collected anonymously via Microsoft Clarity.
• Technical data: IP address (anonymized), device type, and screen resolution.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information at this time.

• Understanding how visitors use Cloud Alerts to improve the service.
• Monitoring website performance and detecting technical issues.
• Ensuring the security and stability of the platform.

• Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months.
• Microsoft Clarity data: retained for 30 days.
• Server logs: retained for a maximum of 30 days.

We share anonymized usage data with the following third-party processors:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — Privacy policy
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — Privacy policy
• Vercel Inc. — hosting — Privacy policy

We do not sell your data to third parties.

• All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
• HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security) is enforced.
• Content Security Policy (CSP) headers are in place.
• No sensitive personal data is stored on our servers.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Have errors corrected.
• Have your data deleted.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

Submit your request via info@boltconnect.nl. We will respond within one month. If unresolved, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
