Cloud Alerts

• We clearly state the purposes for which we process your personal data.
• We only process data that is necessary for our services.
• We request explicit consent where required by law.
• We take appropriate security measures to protect your data.
• We respect your rights, including access, correction, and deletion.

Cloud Alerts is a public status monitoring dashboard. We collect minimal data:

• Usage data (only with your consent for Statistics): page views, session duration, browser type, and country — collected via Google Analytics with IP anonymization and without advertising features.
• Behavior data (only with your consent for Behaviour analysis): click patterns and scroll behavior — collected via Microsoft Clarity. Text you type is masked and never recorded.
• Technical data: IP address (anonymized), device type, and screen resolution.

Without your consent, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information at this time.

• Understanding how visitors use Cloud Alerts to improve the service — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Monitoring website performance and detecting technical issues — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Ensuring the security and stability of the platform — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months.
• Microsoft Clarity data: retained for 30 days.
• Server logs: retained for a maximum of 30 days.

We share anonymized usage data with the following third-party processors:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — Privacy policy
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — Privacy policy
• Vercel Inc. — hosting — Privacy policy

Google and Microsoft may process data in the United States. Both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

• All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
• HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security) is enforced.
• Content Security Policy (CSP) headers are in place.
• No sensitive personal data is stored on our servers.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Have errors corrected.
• Have your data deleted.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it — via Manage consent at the bottom of every page.

Submit your request via info@boltconnect.nl. We will respond within one month. If unresolved, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

On your first visit we ask which cookies you allow. Functional storage is always active; Statistics and Behaviour analysis are off until you switch them on, and nothing is loaded for them before that. Rejecting is one click, just like accepting. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner when this policy changes.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Manage consent at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. When you withdraw consent, the cookies above are removed and the scripts stop.
